About NOC247 — Your Offshore NOC, Branded As You
We aren't a generic call center re-badged as a NOC. NOC247 was founded by former MSP operations leads who got tired of recruiting, training, and covering the 2am shift themselves.

NOC247 started inside a mid-sized US MSP that couldn't staff the graveyard shift without burning through senior engineers. After three hires, two resignations, and a lot of 2am Slack pings to the operations director, we built a follow-the-sun NOC team for ourselves — and then started running it for our MSP friends. Today we staff overnight, weekend, and full 24×7 NOC operations exclusively for MSPs in the United States and United Kingdom.
Built by MSP operators, for MSP operators
Every shift lead on our payroll has spent at least three years on the operations desk of a real MSP — running ConnectWise Automate scripts at 3am, arguing with a backup vendor over a failed job, or explaining to a client why their firewall decided to drop every VPN tunnel on a holiday weekend. That operational muscle memory is the difference between a NOC that closes tickets cleanly and a NOC that dumps raw alerts into your PSA and calls it a day.
The follow-the-sun model
We operate three overlapping eight-hour shifts staffed with analysts located in time zones that match the overnight or coverage window they are paid to own. Shifts are intentionally overlapped by 45 minutes so the outgoing lead can walk the incoming lead through every open ticket, every P1 watch item, and every client that's in a weird state. There is no 59-minute handoff email and a prayer. The handoff is live, logged, and chaired by a shift lead with real MSP ops experience.
For MSPs on the overnight-only plan, that means the handoff happens between your daytime team and our US-Evening shift lead, and then again between our APAC shift lead and your team the next morning. For 24×7 clients, all three shifts hand off internally every eight hours and your team gets one daily summary, not three.
Security posture
Access to your tools is governed by four non-negotiable rules, written into every MSA and audited monthly.
- SOC 2 aligned operational controls: We run on SOC 2-aligned policies for access management, password rotation (90-day enforced), endpoint hardening, and logging. The current control set and audit evidence is available under NDA to any MSP during onboarding.
- Least-privilege access only: The technician user we create in your RMM and PSA has the minimum permissions required to triage alerts and execute pre-approved runbooks. We never get domain admin, we never get billing access, and we never get exported client lists.
- GDPR for UK clients: For MSPs serving the United Kingdom, all analyst access to tools holding personal data is routed through our UK or EU-approved workforce pools, and data handling is documented in a DPA that maps to GDPR Article 28 processing requirements.
- Mutual NDAs with per-client coverage: Every NOC analyst signs your MSA and a master NDA on onboarding. For MSPs with highly sensitive clients in legal, finance, or healthcare, we can layer a client-specific NDA and restrict which analysts can touch that client's tickets.
Quality, not volume
A cheap NOC is the one that pages your on-call engineer for a disk at 91% at 2:47am. Quality is the NOC that knows 91% on that particular server has been 91% for six months, cross-references it against the last 30 days of ticket history, runs the approved cleanup script, and closes the ticket without waking anyone.
Every workflow is runbook-driven. Every SLA is audited against ticket timestamps from your own PSA, not our internal dashboard. Every month you get an SLA report, a noise-reduction trend line, and a list of monitors we think you should kill or create. Every quarter we sit down with your operations lead for a structured business review covering patching compliance, backup success, alert-close rates, and any new clients you want to bring into NOC coverage.
Why MSPs trust us
MSPs don't switch NOC providers because the price went up. They switch because the NOC keeps waking up the wrong person at the wrong time, or because the patching window caused a production outage, or because the monthly report doesn't match what the PSA actually says.
We earn renewals by being boring. Tickets close cleanly. Runbooks get followed. P1s get escalated with full diagnostics, not half a sentence. The SLA report lines up with what you see in your own PSA. And the phone gets answered with your company name, not ours.
Getting Started
Our onboarding process
Five structured steps from first call to live 24×7 coverage. Most MSPs complete standard onboarding in 7–10 business days.
Discover
90-minute working session with your operations lead. We map your RMM stack, endpoint count, existing monitors, client SLA tiers, overnight gaps, and the escalation tree for every P1. You leave with a documented scope of work and a fixed go-live date.
Tool access + runbooks
We provision a dedicated least-privilege technician identity in your RMM and PSA, signed under your MSA and NDA. We then co-author triage runbooks against every monitor that fires today — suppression rules, priority tables, known-good remediations, and approval thresholds.
Shadow shifts
48 hours of parallel shadow operations on your overnight shift. Our team sees every alert and drafts every ticket action, but nothing is submitted without your on-duty analyst clicking approve. We tune runbooks in real time with your team.
Go-live + calibration
We flip the switch. The NOC247 shift lead runs a daily 30-minute handoff with your ops lead for the first 30 days, tuning alert thresholds, escalations, and patching cadence week by week until the runbooks are production-hardened.
Quarterly review
Every 90 days we sit down with your leadership and review SLA trends, alert noise reduction, patching compliance, backup success rates, and any new clients or tools you want to fold into coverage. The runbooks keep evolving with your MSP.
